The first building will be launched in the coming months in Balneário Camboriú. It will be a residential one with the name THE SPOT ONE, connected to Balneário Shopping, one of the main shopping centers in the South of the country. With an innovative and exclusive architectural project signed by Manoel Dória, and interiors by architect Roberta Zimmermann, the development will provide its residents with an innovative living experience.
“It took over two years of studies to define the right product for THE SPOT ONE, where we sought inspiration and references with what is most modern and cosmopolitan in the world to bring a new way of life,” says the company’s CEO, Jaimes Almeida Junior.
The great differential of the building is the connection with Balneário Shopping, which offers a complete mix with national and international brands, the best of gastronomy, cinema, fashion and design.
AJ Realty will present THE SPOT ONE later this month in December in a stand located on the upper floor of Balneário Shopping.
